On March 13, 2025, the Workforce Nutrition Alliance (WNA) hosted an engaging webinar titled “Healthy Workforce, High-Performing Business: The Recipe for Success from Grupo Bimbo.” Co-convened by GAIN and the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF), and in collaboration with ATNI and Grupo Bimbo, the session brought together 67 participants from 26 countries to explore how workforce nutrition drives business success.
The webinar highlighted the recently modified ATNI 2024 Methodology specifically the Workforce Nutrition Category. These modifications align with the four pillars of workforce nutrition, setting a stronger benchmark for evaluating company policies, practices, and transparency against global best practices.
Grupo Bimbo, the largest baking company shared its commitment to workforce nutrition, showcasing initiatives that benefit its 149,000 associates including their families across 34 countries. These programs are more than just wellness initiatives, they are strategic investments that enhance employee well-being, boost productivity, and foster a healthier workforce.
